    Frequently Asked Questions about Shipping

    • We update USPS delivery times as they become available
    • Orders in the USA, Tracking is provided, please check your emails.
    • Due to the Pandemic  Tracking on packages is often not being updated during the shipping process.
    • Lack of updated tracking does not mean the package is not moving or lost.
    • We have no delivery information beyond tracking shown through the carriers websites.
    • Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii follow the same rate schedule, however regular delivery will take an extra 3 days.
    • International Shipments delivery times depends on time it takes your packages to clear customs and arrive at your post office
    • We are not currently shipping International Express as we are finding delivery times are not quicker.
    • International Shipment Tracking - USPS will provide tracking within some countries.
    • International buyers are responsible for paying all VAT and import taxes if applicable at the time of delivery (Please see UK exclusion).  We do not accept returns on refused packages for unpaid duties.  Please be sure to check the VAT limits in your specific country.  
    • As of January 1, 2021 we are no longer shipping to the UK due to the new VAT requirements.  If you would like to purchase and ship to the UK, please purchase via our Etsy shop at:

    • We will always ensure our customers receive their orders
    • Lost Packages - USA:  If you package, in the USA, has not arrive within 30 days we replace your items.  
    • Lost Packages - International:  If you package, outside the USA, has not arrive within 75 days we replace your items.
