Refunds, Returns, & Exchanges
We are happy to offer both refunds and exchanges of unworn, non-personalized jewelry. Please contact us and return your items within 30 days of delivery.
NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS & FINAL SALE
- Personalized/Custom Jewelry: All items defined as Personalized/Custom Jewelry (including, but not limited to, custom engraving, choice of crystal colors, choice of charms, and use of your photos or images) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as they cannot be resold.
- Final Sale Items: Discontinued items sold on sale are considered final sale and are non-returnable.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
RETURN PROCESS & FEES
- There is no restocking fee for returns.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- For exchanges of equal cost, there is no charge. You will be invoiced if the replacement item is higher priced and refunded the difference if the item is less.
- Please package returns securely, include your name, address, and invoice number.
- We process your refund within 48 hours of receiving your return, provided the jewelry is returned to our studio in its original, unworn condition.
THIRD-PARTY PURCHASES & GIFT RETURNS
- Third-Party Purchases: We can **ONLY accept returns** for jewelry purchased directly from Blackberry Designs Jewelry (via this website, Etsy, Amazon Handmade, or Michaels MakerPlace). We are unable to honor refunds or exchanges for items purchased secondhand or through resale platforms such as eBay or Poshmark.
- Gift Returns: If you received Blackberry Designs Jewelry as a gift, we are happy to help! Please note that refunds must be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout, per standard credit card processing policies.

Repairs, Resizing & Warranty
WARRANTY PERIOD AND COVERAGE
- We offer a Limited Lifetime Warranty against the loss of any crystals, breakage of charms, or damages from normal wear for up to 3 years from the date of purchase.
- We resize your jewelry at no charge. Any issues with resizing of personalized items, we are happy to help.
REPAIR SERVICES (AFTER 3 YEARS OR FOR EXCLUSIONS)

Our warranty does NOT cover:
- Lost or damaged charms.
- Missing images or photos/quotes.
- Cleaning.
- A small fee is charged for repairs that fall outside the warranty or after the 3-year period to restore your piece to its original condition (including replacing charms and images, and engraving). Please contact us for pricing on your repair after 1 year.
- Because personalized pieces are one-of-a-kind designs, we do not convert your previous purchases to other design lines (e.g., converting bracelets to necklaces).
- Please allow us 2 weeks to repair and return your item.
Sales and Discounts
We generally do sales a few times a year. Coupons may not be combined with sale items. Promotional offers and discounts cannot be retroactively applied or the difference refunded. Sale items have the same return & repair policies as our jewelry not on sale, except where designated as "Discontinued items on sale" (see Non-Refundable Items above).
